Buying through maktafa.com gives you an order record and a direct route to our customer support if you have a question about what arrived.

If another seller claims to be an authorised Maktafa partner, ask us to confirm before buying. We cannot verify an unofficial seller’s storage, handling or product history merely from its listing.

Labels and batch information

Check the product name, contents, label and batch identification. Packaging artwork can change, so a minor visual difference alone does not establish whether an item is genuine.

Raise a concern

If the seal is damaged, a label appears altered or a product looks unusual, do not use it. Email support@maktafa.com with the purchase source, order details, batch code and photographs.
