If an order or our service has fallen short, tell us what happened and what resolution you are seeking.

Make a complaint

Email support@maktafa.com with the subject “Complaint”. Include your name, order email, order number where available, a description and relevant photographs or records.

Review

We will review the information and respond as soon as possible. Some issues require investigation with a courier, payment provider, manufacturer or fulfilment partner. We will explain if further details are needed.

Product safety

For a reaction or a product that appears unsafe, stop use and read Product Concern Reporting. Serious symptoms require medical help rather than waiting for a customer service reply.

Your rights

Our policies do not reduce your statutory rights concerning faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods, cancellation or remedies. See Returns and Cancellations for the return process and Shipping and Delivery for parcel issues.
