Product Safety Notices and Recalls

This page explains how we handle important product safety information. A notice, when required, will identify the affected product or batch and the action customers should take.

What a notice can cover

Information may concern updated directions, a label or packaging issue, a batch investigation, withdrawal or recall. Relevant instructions may include stopping use, checking a batch code or arranging a return, replacement or refund.

If you have a concern

Stop using a product you believe may be unsafe and email support@maktafa.com with the subject “Product Safety”. Include the product, order number, batch code and relevant photographs. Keep the container and packaging for identification.

How we communicate

Where action is necessary, we may contact affected customers using order details and publish an appropriate notice here. Investigation can involve the manufacturer, Responsible Person and relevant authorities.

Use Product Concern Reporting for a reaction, damaged seal, leak or unusual product.
