Promotions, Codes and Gift Card Terms

Where Maktafa offers a promotion, its specific terms are shown with the offer. This page does not create a current discount, gift card or referral entitlement.

Codes

Conditions may include an expiry date, minimum spend, eligible products, one use per customer, market restrictions or limits on combining offers. Check the order total before payment. A code may exclude shipping, taxes or gift cards.

Partner codes

A partner may receive commission on an eligible referred order. Read our Affiliate Disclosure. Commission does not add an affiliate fee to your product price.

Gift cards

If gift cards become available, their purchase terms will explain currency, validity and use. Treat an issued code as valuable and keep it private. Applicable consumer rights still apply.

Refunds and errors

A refund normally reflects the amount paid after discount, subject to consumer law. An expired or used code is not automatically reissued. We may investigate misuse, fraud or a clear system error, but a promotion does not remove your statutory rights.
