Reviews and Testimonials Policy

Reviews should help you understand a real person’s experience. They are opinions, not a promise that you will have the same result.

Authenticity

We do not invent or purchase reviews, or alter their meaning. Any spelling or formatting edit must preserve the reviewer’s account. Negative feedback is not removed merely because it is negative.

Verification and relationships

A “verified purchase” label should be used only when the review platform or order record supports it. Gifted-product, paid, affiliate or other incentivised experiences must be disclosed clearly. Tester or creator feedback must not be presented as an ordinary customer purchase.

Moderation

We may reject spam, private information, abuse, duplicate or fabricated submissions and misleading or unsupported medical claims. Moderation must protect accuracy rather than create a false impression of customer satisfaction.

Images

Before-and-after content requires permission and accurate context. Lighting, angles and editing must not distort results. Generated model photographs are illustrative campaign imagery; they are not customer testimonials or evidence that a product delivered a result.
