Choosing a skincare product involves more than its headline ingredient. The relevant information includes the full formula, directions, labelling, batch identification and any evidence supporting its claims.

Read claims at the right level

A supplier may offer many formulas with different ingredients and certification status. Information about one formula should not be assumed to cover another.

Keep the product identifiable

For a question about an item you have received, include its name, batch code, order number and a photograph of the label where helpful. Avoid posting personal order information publicly.

Ask a specific question

If you need to check certification, fragrance content or ingredient information, contact us before purchasing. Product-level answers are more useful than a general assurance about the range.
