We want Maktafa to be easy to read, navigate and shop across phones, tablets and computers, including for people who use assistive technology.

What we are working on

Our priorities include clear headings, readable text, useful image descriptions, visible keyboard focus, understandable links and forms, and a straightforward shopping journey.

Accessibility is ongoing work. This statement does not claim that every page or third-party feature has passed an independent accessibility audit.

Email support@maktafa.com with the subject “Accessibility”. Tell us the page, what you were trying to do and the problem you encountered. Your device, browser and assistive technology, if relevant, can help us investigate. You do not need to disclose a disability.

Checkout, payment tools and embedded apps may be supplied by other providers. We will review reported difficulties and seek a practical way to help you complete your task.
