Which set should I choose?

Start with your main concern and preferred texture. Hydration includes an oil-to-milk cleanser, gel and cream. Comfort provides a richer face cream and eye care after your own cleanser. Our ritual comparison guide explains the available sets.

Is every box a complete daily routine?

Each box contains three products with a defined purpose. Some include cleansing and facial moisture; others complement your existing cleanser or moisturiser. None includes sunscreen. Exfoliating products have their own frequency of use.

What does Begin · Focus · Complete mean?

It explains the role of each product within your chosen set. Follow the actual directions on the product page and packaging; the structure is not an instruction to layer every product every day.

What sizes are included?

Sizes vary by ritual, including 15 ml eye or face creams and larger cleansing or moisture products. Every product page lists the exact contents and volumes. Compare these before ordering.

Can I use a product on its own?

Yes. Follow its directions and consider the other products in your routine. You do not need to replace products you already enjoy simply to use a Maktafa treatment.

Ingredients and suitability

Where can I check ingredients?

Check the ingredient information and packaging for each formula. If you need a full ingredient list before ordering and cannot find it, contact Maktafa with the product name.

Is a set suitable for sensitive skin?

Suitability depends on the individual formulas and your own sensitivities. A category name is not a guarantee. Review ingredients, fragrance information and product directions before choosing.

Are all products organic or certified?

Do not assume that a claim applies to every product in a box. Check the specific formula’s documented certification and certification information, or ask us for clarification.

What if I have a product concern?

Follow the product safety guidance and use Product Concern Reporting to contact us. Include the product name, batch details and order number where available.

What does delivery cost?

Can I return my order?
