Packaging and Presentation

Maktafa’s emerald-and-gold ritual boxes bring three products together. Check the product page for the exact contents and sizes; a three-product box is not always a complete daily routine.

Useful information

Keep labels and packaging for ingredients, warnings, batch identification and durability guidance. Required manufacturer or Responsible Person information must remain legible. The address on a label is not automatically a returns address.

Presentation can vary

Artwork, labels or components may be updated for supply or compliance reasons. Photography and screen settings also affect how colour appears. A variation must not be used to conceal a material change in what you ordered.

Materials and recycling

Boxes, bottles, pumps, caps, labels and inserts can contain different materials. Check local collection rules and any component-specific guidance. We do not assume the whole package is recyclable in every area.

Damage or an unusual product

Do not use a leaking container, product with a broken seal before first use or item that appears contaminated. Email support@maktafa.com with your order number and photographs. Keep the packaging while we investigate.

Gifting and value

Consider the recipient’s ingredients, sensitivities and existing routine. Presentation does not establish an invented saving against products that are not separately sold at genuine comparison prices.
