Delete Your Account

You can request account deletion without giving a reason. Feedback is optional and is not a condition of making the request.

Request deletion

Email support@maktafa.com with the subject “Delete My Account” from the email associated with your account, where possible. We may ask for proportionate verification to protect your information.

What deletion means

Account access, saved details and associated preferences may be removed or anonymised where applicable. Some order and transaction records may need to remain for tax, accounting, disputes, fraud prevention or product safety. We will explain relevant limitations.

Once completed, account deletion cannot necessarily be reversed. You may shop again or create a new account where supported.

If you only want fewer emails

You can unsubscribe from marketing without deleting an account. Necessary order and safety communications may still be sent. Read Your Privacy Choices or Data Request Policy.
